Your people like the Saleman Dan Gingrich made it easy to want your quality products. Dan explained every step to the installation and showed us how the awning works. And explained what the process is to getting shower doors. The awning I just love, I’ve been wanting this for years. The crew that came and installed are very good at their job. The guys who installed our shower doors were very good at their job. The young men were very professional and friendly. Please let them know. Gary the salesperson was phenomenal. Very patient and thorough. The rest of the project was awful. It was supposed to be completed in 8 days time. A month later, they were still not finished. And no explanation or communication given. Some days someone would show up and then nothing for the next couple of days. My husband and I were out of town for 7 days. When we returned, no one had been back to finish the project. Our project manager had to call multiple times. The best part of all was when they accused us of not paying the bill. The team lead Colt had never turned the check in to his manager. We were told if our bill was not paid no one would be showing up to our house. There was never a phone call or email asking if the payment had been made. It was just a threat! And the payment had been made!!!! Very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company.
Contacted Justin for a commercial door concern. Very polite and professional .He had called me right back. The next business day after the holiday he showed up and took care of our concern at Beshore and Koller. Thank you Justin for the great service!!!

Thanks for your excellent service from beginning to end – Keith was very easily accessible to confer with about our broken windows, while the gentlemen who came to our 1850 home in Railroad did a great job assessing the damaged windows and then returning to complete the job, replacing each pane expertly while keeping the frames fully intact in the process (kudos to Anitoli)!
