I purchased a retractable awning. The installer had to move the brackets after installing them in the wrong location leaving extra holes in the face cover, and calling the job done. I asked about replacing the face cover and the repairs were done without issue.

Nick and Alika were the two installers. We had a large deck with several levels that we wanted to convert into a screened porch with an outside section. They sat down and went over all the options with us in an understandable and detailed way. The install happened sooner than we expected and they were on time, respectful of our property and kept us informed on the timeline and the progress they were making.
