Fantastic work repairing a hanging lantern and surprisingly turned it around in less than one business day!

I have four windows installed today and Scott and ALika they were very professional they cleaned up and explain to me what they were doing and showed me what they did and if I was happy, and I was very satisfied with them and Garrett glass.

We had our patio enclosed to make it a 3 seasons room and we are very pleased with the outcome

We were doing a near-exact replacement of a wooden platform deck in the side of our yard that backs up to a garden area. Our salesman Gary assured us that Garrety could recreate what we currently had. We were initially going to do wooden railings again, but Gary showed us some nice black aluminum railing that we decided to upgrade to, as it would match our canopy structure and avoid mason bee damage. Work began promptly. We were always given updates on when workers would be coming over, and Josh was a great installer! All the guys involved with the project were courteous, neat, and efficient! The deck is built on a very sturdy foundation. I watched a lot of the process, and it was amazing! The finished project looks wonderful!

Our experience with Garrety Glass was great! Patrick did an excellent job working with us to design our new custom shower and window. Install was quick and we’re certainly happy with the final products. If you are unable to work from home, be mindful that appointments are typically early during a weekday and may require a day off from work. Communication was excellent and they were happy to make adjustments throughout the project!

We had two window panes that needed replacing because they had huge cracks in them, and the entire process was absolutely wonderful. Fanilya was the most supportive person throughout setting up the entire process and went above and beyond to help us get everything situated, and Chaz was wonderful when it came to the actual installation! Very respectful, informative, and overall a fantastic experience. Absolutely recommend them for any of your repair needs!

We were very impressed with Gary (salesman) and his thorough presentation. Having all available colors and also a prototype of the actual awning hardware was very helpful in making our selection. The installers, headed up by Dalton, were also very thorough and in sync with each other to safely install our 25’ wide awning. Overall we are very happy with our awning and with the communications and follow up by Garrety Glass.

Garrety called me back the same day I put in an online query, scheduled an appointment for a few days later, and the rep they sent out gave me a detailed, honest estimate with samples. He even called their supplier on site to check stock on the hardware. A few weeks later, I have a beautiful floor-to-ceiling glass enclosure around my shower. Mike F and Marc were on time, polite, and professional, and they finished the install in less than a day. Probably the most pain-free part of redoing our bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

This company is exceptional–Price, professionalism, quality, timeliness. We could not have been more happier with everything. Mike F, and Patrick were so very nice and went out of their way to help us remove the old cast tub, which was not part of their job, and they did such a beautiful job on the new shower. It was seamless. We had an odd shaped shower in a very small bathroom as seen in photo, with an angled dormer, and they cut the glass to fit perfectly. Their cost beat out the competition. From the day of estimate to the finish of the job, these guys couldn’t have done it any better and we are so happy with our new shower.

We are thrilled with our new screen room. We had high expectations, but the final results were even better than we had hoped. The room looks great, it’s much cooler on the deck now, and no more annoying bugs. Jordan was great during the Sales process, particularly with his design suggestions for our stairs and lattice work around the deck. We would have never thought about adding screen behind the lattice! Andy and Maleko were a great installation team. On top of their skills, they are both very professional and polite. And Andy’s meticulous attention to detail was very much appreciated. We give ‘em 4 thumbs up!
